Comments in context
Easily add comments to any document. With a different color for each reviewer, it's easy to distinguish who said what.
Real-time status
The bottom of the screen displays your collaborators and each person's status (such as editing or reading) or the date and time of the last version they viewed.
Role-based access control
Share your documents with anyone you want and decide each person's role and level of access: co-author, reviewer, or reader.
Useful document dashboard
Easily sort by author, date, file size, or your role, and quickly see when documents have been viewed or changed.
Version history
Changes to your document are saved automatically as you work. Buzzword keeps a record of recent changes, so you can easily revert to any earlier version of the document.
Easy image placement
Import JPEG, PNG, and GIF images to liven up your pages. Buzzword provides easy-to-use tools for sizing and placing images, and automatically flows text around the images.
Flexible lists
Create bulleted lists, numbered lists, or checklists. Easily promote or demote list items, and add, delete, or skip bullets, numbers, or symbols in a list.

"Many of the rich features in Adobe Buzzword beat the capabilities in costly desktop word processing applications. For instance, my students enjoy the ease of working with images and tables in Buzzword, and adding comments is cleaner than in other applications. I also like the ability to view historical versions of documents, which lets me quickly reference content that previously appeared in a student's work."

"When you're constantly on the go, everything comes down to accessibility. I can now use Buzzword to access my documents without any worries. Previously, I had to deal with downloading e-mail with huge attachments that inevitably crashed my system or large numbers of document drafts crowding my folders. Buzzword makes those problems history."

"Buzzword takes the hassle out of sharing, reviewing, and collaborating on documents. Course content can be made available to everyone simultaneously, and students can comment, ask questions, and add input that is shared among project groups. It's one of the easiest online collaboration tools that I've used."

"Other online word processors just try to be like online versions of Microsoft Word. Buzzword is the only one that took a creative, new approach — and it works so much better. It looks like actual printed pages, which is not only great from a design standpoint but also helps non-tech-savvy users get started faster and create better quality work."

"Buzzword is a great alternative to trying to collaborate on documents via e-mail because we can view and comment on materials in real time. It helps eliminate the delays and miscommunication that can happen when people all work on e-mail attachments on their own."
